2. Bond. Upon delivery of the keys, they will have to deposit a deposit of € 100 that will be returned by bank transfer once it has been verified that there has been no damage to the house. In the event that there has been any damage, the owner will retain the amount of the deposit until said damage has been repaired, at which time he will send the customer the settlement of the deposit attaching the justification of the expenses incurred.

3. reservation cancellations.

to. 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled entry date.

b. 50% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance of the planned entry date.

c. If the cancellation is made in the previous 7 days, the reservation is not returned.

4. Cancellation by the owner. If due to a major cause (fire, floods, serious breakdown, and in general, any cause beyond the control of the owner) it is necessary to cancel the reservation, the owner agrees to return all the money paid on account. in this case, due to a greater cause, the client will not have the right to any claim.

5. Term. The hired house will be available to the client from 6:00 p.m. on the day indicated for entry until 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure with the exception that a new group enters that same day that the departure will be at 12 noon: 00 h.

6. obligations of the client. The client is obliged to return the hired house, together with its furniture and equipment, in the same conditions in which it is received. To this end, it will notify the owner, immediately, of any circumstance that in its opinion does not conform to the agreed conditions. otherwise, the repair and replacement of any loss or damage that occurs in the house during your stay will be at your expense.

7. Custody of effects. The owner does not assume any responsibility in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the personal belongings deposited in the house that is the object of this contract.

8. Serious breakdown during the stay. If during the client's stay a serious breakdown occurs (failure in the electricity supply, heating, hot water, water or any other breakdown that prevents the customer from staying in the house), and the breakdown cannot be corrected, the owner will undertakes to return the proportional part of the total amount of the rent corresponding to the time not used.
