The town is very close to our rural houses. There are rural roads that allow you to get there on foot.
In El Robledo you have all the services: supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, churrería, leisure ... health center, as well asplaygrounds and bathing area in the Bullaque river.

General Conditions of Service:


1. Formalization of the reservation. To formalize the reservation, the client must pay 30% of the total amount of the rent. Said payment will be made by bank transfer. the rest of the amount for the transfer of the accommodation will be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys.

2. Bond. Upon delivery of the keys, they will have to deposit a deposit that will be returned by bank transfer once it has been verified that there has been no damage to the house. In the event that there has been any damage, the owner will retain the amount of the deposit until said damage has been repaired, at which time he will send the customer the settlement of the deposit attaching the justification of the expenses incurred.

3. Reservation cancellations will be governed by current regulations in CLM

4. Cancellation by the owner. If due to a major cause (fire, floods, serious breakdown, and in general, any cause beyond the control of the owner) it is necessary to cancel the reservation, the owner agrees to return all the money paid on account. in this case, due to a greater cause, the client will not have the right to any claim.

5. Term. The hired house will be available to the client from 6:00 p.m. on the day indicated for entry until 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure, with the exception that a new group enters that same day, then departure at 12: 00 hours. Consult when making the reservation.

6. obligations of the client. The client is obliged to return the hired house, together with its furniture and equipment, in the same conditions in which it is received. To this end, it will notify the owner, immediately, of any circumstance that in its opinion does not conform to the agreed conditions. otherwise, the repair and replacement of any loss or damage that occurs in the house during your stay will be at your expense.

7. Custody of effects. The owner does not assume any responsibility in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the personal belongings deposited in the house that is the object of this contract.

8. Visits or more users than those registered in the travelers registry that is sent to the authority are not allowed. The breach will fall solely and exclusively on the person hiring the accommodation.

9. The facilities are delivered disinfected with Ozone and following the indications of the health authorities. Please respect the regulations issued by the health authorities regarding the pandemic and public health.

10. The stay of minors and the use of the facilities by them must always be supervised by a responsible adult. It is remembered that minors should not be alone in the bathing areas and these areas should be kept closed for this purpose. Failure to comply with these rules exempts the accommodation from the appropriate responsibilities.

11. Pets are strictly prohibited
